CANCELLATION POLICY -

 

Life in unpredictable and changes in schedule happen, PLEASE communicate a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice or not showing up to appointment will result in a charge of 20% of the booked service,.

 

LATE ARRIVALS -

 

Clients arriving late may experience shortened service to help maintain my schedule and respect all clients. 

 

Give yourself adequate time to find Holladay Beauty Hive as the salon (Holladay Beauty Hive) is new and has not been added to the street sign.

To create a calm and relaxing ​environment for all clients, please leave children at home. If your child is getting a haircut please do not leave your child unattended.
